“He Saw No Evil, He Heard No Evil, He Spoke No Evil”


Based on the Japanese pictorial maxim of the Three Wise Monkeys, the proverbial image refers to a lack of moral responsibility on the part of people who refuse to acknowledge impropriety, looking the other way or feigning ignorance. My work explores the blatant atrocities that men in power have come to shamelessly abuse in the years when they’ve blindly misconstrued it with their idea of honor and glory.
